Floor

Choosing flooring is one of the most important choices we need to make when renovating a home

For the quality and lasting laying of a flooring, it is essential to have a preliminary view of the room. According to your individual wishes and according to the characteristics of the space, you can choose faience, terracotta, granite, stone, marble, granite, etc. Depending on whether it is dry or damp, a proper preparation of the room is made. Different rooms are individually appro priate, requiring dedusting, priming, cement screed or waterproofing, and others.

Vinyl: Made of synthetic polymers and added color pigmentation, vinyl is easy to clean and highly waterproof. This is the best choice for spaces such as kitchens, laundry rooms and contaminated mud rooms.

Tiles: Because the tiles are made of ceramic or porcelain, they are also very waterproof and easy to clean. They are usually considered a step up from vinyl, purely aesthetic, and are used in rooms such as kitchens and bathrooms that have to withstand frequent cleaning. Tiles are now available in a variety of artificial finishes - like wood and stone, making them even more preferable.

Composite Wood:This processed version of wood flooring is made by compressing several layers of plywood and putting a thin layer of hardwood on top. It can be mounted on any type of floor covering and is suitable for any room that does not contain moisture.

Hardwood: The gold standard of the flooring! Solid wood is an extremely durable material and can be sanded and processed repeatedly. It is also suitable for almost any area without moisture.

Carpet and Carpet: Typically made of polyester, nylon or polypropylene, carpet fibers make it a natural choice for places where coziness and warmth are sought. It is most often placed in the bedrooms and the living room.
